A CALL TO ACTION

There are over 400,000,000+ individuals involved in the action sports community globally. Many of which will never be reached with the Gospel. This is our mission field!

The ACTA Conference exists as a space to gather individuals who love the Lord and have a passion for action sports. Through this conference, it is our goal to raise awareness of the need for action sports ministries globally while also equipping, empowering, and inspiring a movement of disciple-making in the action sports community worldwide.

The vision for the ACTA gathering is to unite ministries, churches, and partner organizations to see leaders multiplied to the ends of the earth!

Ride Nature

In 2009 the action sports mission organization, Ride Nature was born. The mission of the organization is to equip and empower leaders globally to use action sports as a tool for outreach, evangelism, and discipleship. To date, the organization has led over 200+ international trips to 60+ different countries. Through these trips, Ride Nature has given away over 10,000 skateboards and surfboards to youth and leaders literally all over the world and trained thousands of leaders in strategies to combine their passion for action sports and their love for the Lord to reach the next generation.

• Ride Nature is primarily headquartered out of Fort Myers, Florida where the ministry was founded and where there is currently a team of 16 full-time staff.

• In 2020, Ride Nature launched its first international training center AKA “hub” that is focused on serving Latin American and based out of San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua.

• In 2022, the organization set out on the journey to establish a second U.S. HQ based out of Oceanside, CA. There are currently 4 full-time staff that are investing both into local and international ministry from this location.

THE CONNECTION

In April 2024, Ride Nature helped spearhead the first A Call to Action Conference out of their headquarters in Fort Myers, FL. There were over 300 individuals that attended from all over the world. The event far exceeded all expectations and the rest is history!

Ride Nature is serving to help lead and facilitate these conferences but the hope and vision is that these gatherings will continue to create opportunities for collaborative efforts while like minded ministries link arms with the prayer that every individual in the action sports world will have the opportunity to hear, see, and respond to the Gospel!
