Nick Hart is from Santa Cruz, Ca and is the founder of Flow. Flow is a youth non profit that uses action sports, music, art, and the power of play to empower youth and create belonging.

He is a husband to his best friend, dad to 4 kids, and inhabiter of an ADHD body and mind. Nick has worked with youth for over 20 years and has a genuine love and belief that 12-18 year olds are rad humans that deserve to be reminded of that.

As a youth pastor, Nick has dedicated his life to serving the youth of his community and knows the importance of speaking into the lives of all youth but especially the marginalized. Because Nick was one of those kids, he knows what it is like to be left on the fringes. He knows the pivotal impact that one caring adult can make in the life of a kid. And because there is a generation of kids getting lost in a virtual world that desperately need real connection and to remember how to play.

Nick loves Jesus and his family and likes to ride bmx in the street. His motto is, “sworn to fun, second to none… and that you can’t out give God..”
